This petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Trichirapalli in C.M.P.No.1091/2018 dated 10.04.2018 and subsequently direct the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Trichirappalli to recall the witness of P.W.9 as prayed in C.M.P.No.1091/2018.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the main case viz., C.C.No.64/2015 itself ended in acquittal by order dated 06.01.2019 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tiruchirappalli.

3.Recording the said submission, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
