This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the order of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Dindigul dated 14.06.2018 made in C.M.A.No.17 of 2016, reversing the order of the learned District Munsif Court, Natham dated 16.12.2015 made in I.A.No.55 of 2014 in O.S.No.14 of 2014 and set aside the same.

2. Today (13.06.2023), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners Submitted that the above mentioned suit in O.S.No.14 of 2014 was not pressed on 04.10.2021. Consequently, the Civil Revision Petition has been rendered infructuous by subsequent events.

3. By taking note of the same, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
