JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 12.06.2018 passed in G.W.O.P.No.123 of 2010 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the appellant and the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned Counsel appearing for the appellant has submitted that the daughter of the appellant namely Anto Jasmine has attained majority on 07.07.2021. The said submission is recorded. In view of the same, nothing survives in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. 2/4
