Respondent/Complainant Prayer :- This Criminal Original Petition field under Section 407 of Crl.P.C., praying this Court, to transfer the S.T.C.No.138 of 2014 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Periyakulam, Theni District to the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai District and thus render justice.

ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and earlier order dated 12.11.2018 of this Court and the letter from the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Theni, D.No.904/2019 dated 07.06.2019 requesting for an extension of time for disposal of the case in STC No. 138 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Periyakulam and this Court made the following order:

This Court, by an order dated 12.11.2018, directed the learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam to complete the proceedings in S.T.C.No.138 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
