ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the petition in R.C.O.P.No.6 of 2016, pending on the file of the 1/4

District Munsif Court (Rent Controller), Tiruchendur, within a period stipulated by this Court.

2. Since the revision petition is filed for early disposal of the case, the issuance of notice to the respondent is not necessary.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that the revision petitioner has filed an eviction petition in R.C.O.P.No.6 of 2016 against the respondent and that though counter has been filed as earlier as on 27.07.2022, the case is being adjourned again and again. He would further submit that P.W.1 was examined and subsequently, the case is being adjourned.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and also the fact that the eviction petition is pending for the past seven years, the Rent Controller, Tiruchendur is hereby directed to complete the trial in R.C.O.P.No.6 of 2016 and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
