The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order of suspension. However, it is learnt from the submission of Mr.M.Lingadurai, Special Government Pleader that after enquiry proceedings, enquiry report was filed and the petitioner was imposed with a punishment of removal from service and the matter has become infructuous.

2. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
