2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that after completing the investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the concerned trial court, on 04/11/2023.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to work our their remedy, if they aggrieved on filing of the charge sheet in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
