This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to restore the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A.(MD)No.110 of 2025, which was dismissed on 27.03.2025 by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, and I have perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The 1st respondent remained ex parte before the lower Court, and there is no representation for the 2nd respondent.

4. The delay of 107 days in preferring the present restoration petition was already condoned by this Court on 21.11.2025 in C.M.P. (MD)No.13711 of 2025 in C.M.A.(MD)No.110 of 2025. 2/4

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, and also considering the fact that this is only a consequential petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
