ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to forward the petitioner's complaint dated 20.08.2018 to the first respondent, for the purpose of invoking the powers under Section 145 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in respect of the property situated in Survey No.552/3, Vannikudi Village, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District.
2. In view of the efflux of time, the cause of action has lost its relevance. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
