ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order passed in I.A.No.139 of 2018 in O.S.No.238 of 2012 dated 17.07.2018 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Thoothukudi.

2. Today, this case is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'.

3. It is evident from the records that when the matter was taken up for hearing on 20.03.2024, this Court, considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners that they are reporting no instructions for the revision petitioners, directed the Registry to print the name of the revision petitioners in the cause list. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 25.03.2024, despite name printed in 2/4

the cause list and posted as finally, there was no representation for the revision petitioners and hence, this Court ordered to post the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' on 28.03.2024. Even today (28.03.2024), there is no representation for the revision petitioners. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
