ORDER

The petitioner, who is the defacto complainant in Cr.No.17 of 2025 on the file of the second respondent, has filed this petition seeking a 1/4

direction to complete the investigation in the said case and file the final report, within a time frame.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submits that five witnesses have already been examined and A1 in this case is working in abroad and therefore, lookout circular has been issued as against him. A2 & A3 in this case are also absconding. According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), the investigation has almost been completed, however, for want of the accused, the respondent Police has not filed the investigation. 3.Considering the above submission, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Cr.No.17 of 2025 and file the final report before the concerned Court, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is allowed.
