Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to declare the petitioner's examination results of B.Sc Nursing conducted by the second respondent herein by following the orders passed in W.P(MD).No.9979 of 2012 dated 30.07.2014 and award the B.Sc Nursing Degree to the petitioner within a period stipulated by this Court.
