Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SHAJI CHELLAN.L, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17092 of 2021 on 09.11.2021. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, counsels on either side submitted that the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police only for thirty days. Now the petitioner has complied the condition for thirty days. Hence, the matter has become infructuous.

3.In view of the same, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed as infructuous.
