ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by N. ANAND VENKATESH,J.) When the matter was taken up in the morning session, we permitted the petitioner and detenue to have one-to-one discussion at the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench. Thereafter, the matter was taken up for hearing in the afternoon session and we were informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is willing to withdraw this petition, since the parents of the detenue are making arrangements to get the detenue married to the petitioner.
2.Recording the above statement, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. The second respondent police is directed to take note of this order and close the pending FIR.
