The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent Police to take action on his complaint dated 28.06.2025. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry has been conducted in CSR.No.322 of 2025 and it was closed, on 18.08.2025.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
