ORDER

The petitioner has approached this court to transfer the investigation in Crime No.92 of 2024 from the file of the second respondent to any other investigating agency. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that after completion of investigation, the final report has already been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Shenkottai on 15.07.2025.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the final report has already been filed, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
