Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to implement the order of the fourth respondent made in Na.Ka.No. 3246/2021/J dated 24.05.2024 by rectifying the discrepancy concerning the extent, amending it from 0.01.0 Acres to 0.04.0 Acres, which was inaccurately recorded in Survey No.25/6D situated in Vavidamaruthur Village, Vadipatti (TK), Madurai District, within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to pass orders on the report submitted by the fourth respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3246/2021/J dated 24.05.2024. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.Mohamed Azarudeen Sharof, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. By consent of both
sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.According to the petitioner, he submitted an application before the second respondent seeking rectification of discrepancy in the revenue records with regard to the extent of the property situated in Survey No. 25/6D, Vavidamaruthur Village, Alanganallur Firka, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District. The said application was forwarded to the fifth respondent and he submitted a report to the fourth respondent. Thereafter, fourth respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 3246/2021/J, dated 24.05.2024, submitted his recommendations to the third respondent. Thereafter, there is no progress in the matter. Therefore, the petitioner has come before this Court.
4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents would submit that third respondent will consider the report submitted by fourth respondent and pass final orders on the request made by the petitioner within a time stipulated by this Court.
5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the report submitted by the fourth respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3246/2021/J, dated 24.05.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
