RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.17985/2021 dated 18.11.2021.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VIKRAM.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17985 of 2021 on 18.11.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the 1st petitioner has been complying the condition from 08.12.2021 and the petitioners 2 and 3 have been complying with the condition only from 13.12.2021 and investigation is yet to be completed. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that since the petitioners are located at Chennai they are unable to comply the condition from the beginning.

CRL MP(MD) No.11319 of 2021 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.17985 of 2021 on 18.11.2021 is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
