O R D E R This petition is filed to call for the entire records in relating to the FIR in Crime No.1368 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that final report has been filed in e-filing No.C202300082, dated 27.12.2022, but not yet taken on file.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruchirappalli, to process the final report within a time stipulated as per procedure, since it is stated to be filed on 27.12.2022 itself. If the petitioner is aggrieved the contents of the final report, he can workout his remedy through the appropriate proceedings.
