PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.not known of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 420 & 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.Not known of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by one Rahul, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.353 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, both parties appeared and gave statement that they will resolve the issue among themselves. Therefore, it was closed by the respondent police.

3.It is further submitted by the petitioner's counsel that on the very same subject matter complaint was given by Deepak, the defacto complainant before the District Crime Branch, Thiruvannamalai. They also appeared before the Inspector of Police, District crime Branch, Thiruvannamalai. There was a settlement between the 2/3

parties. The above said complaint was given on 29.02.2023. Subsequent to that the present complaint stated to have been given.
