ORDER

The Petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to seize the property and freeze the bank accounts of the accused persons by consider the Petitioners representation dated 06.10.2022 and pass suitable other orders within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. When the case came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner sought short adjournment.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the Petitioner is an accused in a criminal case and his bank accounts had been frozen on the directions of the Investigation Officer. The Petitioner had filed this Petition seeking to defreeze the account.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the request of the Petitioner is rejected.
