ORDER
This Writ Petition is taken up for hearing at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

The petitioners have approached this Court for a Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 ato 3 to take necessary action based on the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2025 to declare that the Certificate issued by the fourth respondent in favour of the third respondent's husband, namely, Sekar, as null and void.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the third petitioner's husband, namely, Sekar, who was appointed as Poosari in the subject Temple, has secured a Certificate dated 30.10.2024 from the fourth respondent stating that he was officiating as poosari in the subject Temple for a period over 23 years, which is illegal.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that based on the petitioner's representation, an enquiry notice has been issued by the second respondent and the case is listed for hearing before the second respondent on 04.09.2025.
5. It is further submitted that at the behest of third petitioner's husband, a suit has also been filed in O.S.No.106 of 2024 in District Munsif Court, Otanchatram for declaring the third respondent's husband as the Poosari of the subject Temple.
6. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the third petitioner has also filed H.M.O.P.No.87 of 2024 before Sub Court, Dindigul to dissolve the marriage.

Considering the fact that the petitioners' representation is also receiving attention and the case is listed for hearing 04.09.2025, I am of the view that at this stage, this Writ Petition has become infructuous as the petitioners' representation is receiving attention. However, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the petitioners' representation as expeditiously as possible in the light of the above facts within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
8. This Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above observations. W.M.P. (MD) No.22636 of 2025 is allowed. No costs.
