2. The petitioner alleges that there has been a land grab of panchami land.

If according to the petitioner, the acts of the proposed amount to commission of cognizable offence, the remedy open to the petitioner is to move the jurisdictional Magistrate Court for getting direction under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. Leaving open the petitioner's rights, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
