PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of cancellation of transfer in favour of the respondent No.5 in Memo No.050630/G.11/G.111/2021-14, dated 09.08.2021 on the file of the respondent No.3 and the consequential order of cancellation of transfer issued in favour of the respondent No.6 in Memo No.081729/G.11/G.111/2022-9 dated 21.01.2022 and the further consequential order in Memo No.004074/G.11/G. 111/2022-3 dated 21.01.2022 on the file of the respondent No.4 and quash the same as illegal to the extent of transferring the petitioner from Kovil Sub Division, Madurai Metro EDC and consequently to direct the respondents No.1 to 4 to retain the petitioner either at Kovil Sub Division, Madurai Metro EDC or at Subramniapuram Sub Division, Madurai Metro EDC. ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by an Assistant Executive Engineer, challenging the order of transfer.

2.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, pending writ petition, the petitioner has been transferred to some other place and therefore, he is not pressing the present writ petition. 3.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
