Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner is the employer. The petitioner initiated disciplinary action against the second respondent and also suspended her from service. The second respondent filed a revision before the first respondent under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act and the revisional authority/first respondent vide order dated 20.12.2016 granted interim stay of the order passed by the petitioner herein. Questioning the same, this writ petition came to be filed. 3.It is seen that this Court had stayed the order passed by the first respondent. In the meanwhile, Since this Court had granted an interim order, the employer/writ petitioner herein proceeded with the disciplinary action and the second respondent was visited with minor penalty, namely stoppage of two increments.
The second respondent is now said to be very much in the employment under the writ petitioner herein. 4.In view of this subsequent developments, I am of the view that nothing further requires to be adjudicated. Recording the subsequent developments, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
