ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the 2nd respondent, dated 02.12.2016.

2. It is informed by the learned counsel for the 4th respondent that the petitioner's predecessor, the 4th respondent herein has challenged the order passed by the 2nd respondent, dated 02.12.2016 and the matter is pending before the 1st respondent. Since the petitioner is also questioning the very same order, this writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to contest the matter in the revision now filed by the 4th respondent before the 1st respondent. The petitioner is permitted to raise all the defence before the 1st respondent and the 1st respondent shall consider the same and pass orders.

3. It is informed before this Court that the 5th respondent is no more and his legal heirs have instructed the counsel that they are no longer interested in pursuing the matter.
