The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner asserts that the order passed by this Court is being breached. 1/3

2. The contemnor through his counsel categorically states that he has stopped the operation of the brick kiln and that he is not operating the same as on date.

3. I make it clear that it is open to the petitioner to intimate this Court directly if this Court's order is being breached. After getting information, spot inspection will be conducted immediately thereafter and if this Court finds that the contemnor has violated the undertaking given before this Court, consequence will be very severe. The Contempt Petition is disposed of on the above lines.
