ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.178 of 2024, for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B), 29(1) and 25 of NDPS Act, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that considering the bad antecedent of the petitioner, the earlier application in Crl.O.P(MD)No.7816 of 2024 filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court. He further submits that till now there is no change in circumstances and pleads to dismiss this petition.

3. Considering the antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
