Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to pass orders based on the Survey Report issued by the third respondent in his Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.19499/15 dated 05.02.2016 relating to the survey of the land undertaken on 25.04.2014 in Survey Nos.435/1, 2A, 2B1, 2B2 and 2C situated in Thottanoothu Village, Dindigul District within a time that may be fixed by this Court.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents that enquiry has been conducted and a report has already been filed by the Tahsildar vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.F/17608/2015 dated 10.03.2017.
