Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VASANTHA YUGESH.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, GOVT. ADVOCATE (CRIMINAL SIDE) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14988 of 2021 on 06.10.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14988 of 2021 on 06.10.2021 regularly and he prayed for modify the said condition.
