Respondent/Complainant Prayer :- This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure to direct the Learned Judicial Magistrate I, Virudhunagar District to expedite the trial in C.C.No.29 of 2019 on its file and complete the same within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition is coming on for hearing on this day under the caption "for extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order dated 14/12/2021 of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar in Letter in D.No.749 dt:14/07/2022 seeking three months time to dispose the case, this Court made the following order:

By letter, dated 14.07.2022 addressed to the Assistant Registrar (CRL), Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar, has requested further three months time to dispose of the case in C.C.No.29 of 2019.

2. Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended for a further period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court, dated 14.12.2021.
