ORDER:- This Criminal Original petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 14.12.2021, and direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months,and the requisition letter dated 14/07/2022 in D.No.750 of 2022, submitted by the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Virudhunagar, this Court made the following order:

"By letter dated 14.07.2022 addressed to the Assistant Registrar (CRL), Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Virudhunagar has requested further extension of time to dispose of the case in CC no.41 of 2019.

2.Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended for a further period of three (3)months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court, dated 14.12.2021.
