This writ petition is filed for a direction to the third respondent to claim annual increment of the petitioner from the year 2012 to till date and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to sanction and disburse the same within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.The case of the petitioner is that she joined as Secondary Grade Teacher in the third respondent School in the year 1998. Due to the dispute between the Headmistress of the School and the petitioner, the petitioner's annual increment was due in the month of April 2012. In this regard, the petitioner has made a representation, dated 17.02.2017 to the first respondent to sanction and disburse the annual increment from the year 2012 to till date. So far, no order has been passed. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.

W.P.(MD)No.5806 of 2017 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 17.02.2017 in accordance with law.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents has no serious objection for considering the petitioner's representation.

5.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 17.02.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not disposed of already. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
