ORDER

This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 02.11.2021 passed in Crl.M.P No.2977 of 2021 (CNR No.TNDG0C0039652021) on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur.

2.On perusal of complaint lodged by the petitioner revealed that there is a love affair existed between one Ragatharani and one Sivaraj, who is the son of his sister-in-law and due to which, there was dispute between the parties. Crl.R.C(MD)No.935 of 2021 show regarding the existence of relationship between them. Further alleged that on 19.09.2021, the respondents 1 to 10 threatened the petitioner with dire consequences. However, there is absolutely no material to attract any offence as alleged by the petitioner. Therefore, the Court below rightly dismissed the petition and this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the impugned order passed. 3.Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint, in the manner known to law, if so advised.
