It appears that the writ petitioner is no more. The prayer in the writ petition is for preventing the respondents from erecting the high tension electric tower in the petition mentioned land.

2. The learned standing counsel submits that the matter has become infructuous as the project has already been completed. She would further states that the petitioner has also received the compensation amount.
