PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the proposal resubmitted by the petitioner dated 19.07.2018 for granting no objection certificate so as to enable the petitioner to get approval from the authorities concerned to start a school with ICSE (Indian Certificate Secondary Education) stream within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to consider the proposal resubmitted by the petitioner dated 19.07.2018 for granting no objection certificate to get approval from the authorities concerned to start a school with ICSE (Indian Certificate Secondary Education) stream.

2.According to the petitioner, he made a proposal on 19.07.2018 before the respondents 1 and 2 seeking to consider the proposal resubmitted by the petitioner dated 19.07.2018 for granting no objection certificate to get approval from the authorities concerned to start a school with ICSE (Indian Certificate Secondary https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3.In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner's proposal dated 19.07.2018 would be considered as expeditiously as possible on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In agreement with the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's proposal dated 19.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
