A Joint representation has been made both by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that subsequent to the impugned suspension order, the petitioner has been dismissed from service on 24.06.2019 through the Government Order in G.O.(D).No.153, Public Works Department (E1) Department, dated 24.06.2019.
2. Since the impugned suspension order has culminated into a dismissal order dismissing the petitioner from service, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.
3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
