P RAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the impugned selection list published by the 2nd respondent pertaining to the appointment of the 4th respondent as Noon Meal Organizer in Panchayath Union Middle School, Panikkarkulam through the selection process held on 25.03.2017 and to quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the 2nd respondent to appoint the petitioner as Noon Meal Organizer in Panchayath Union Middle School, Panikkarkulam, Thoothukudi District in the place of the 4th respondent.

now become infructuous. Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
