Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.

2. The petitioner has not come under adverse notice of the respondents. The petitioner cannot be harassed in any manner.

3. However, a complaint is said to have been received against the petitioner's minor son. If that be so, the respondents have to necessarily follow the procedure set out in Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.
