ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.02.2024 and remainder dated 10.09.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry is pending in current paper; that though summons have been issued twice, the petitioner has not chosen to appear, but she sent a reply to the first respondent raising some allegations against the police officials.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to enquire the compliant given by the fourth respondent as well the representation given by the petitioner by issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondent and pass 2/4

orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
