ORDER

The petitioner filed this petition for direction directing the 12th respondent to register the F.I.R., as directed by the learned 3rd Additional District Sessions Court, Madurai in Cr.M.P.No.203 of 2021 dated 05.02.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 12th respondent submitted that, subsequently, on 28.06.2021, the petitioner requested the 12th respondent to withdraw his complaint for the reason that he settled the matter. Accordingly, the 12th respondent closed the same.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
