2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. Further, Charge Sheet has been filed in P.R.C.No.122 of 2023 before the Additional Mahila Court, Trichy. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.861 of 2023 on 20.01.2023 is fully relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court as and when required for interrogation.
