None appears for the petitioner. What is under challenge in this writ petition is show cause notice proposing the petitioner's disqualification under the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act. As rightly pointed out by the learned Government Counsel, at the stage of show cause notice, there will be little scope for interference. It cannot be case of the petitioner that the second respondent without jurisdiction issued the notice in question. However, it appears that the proceedings had not attained finality till date.
