Heard Mr. K.S.Selvaganesan, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the First and Second Respondents and Ms. M.Aasha, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Third to Fifth Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

There was no representation for the Petitioner when the matter was called at 02.27 p.m., today.

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the First to Fifth Respondents to ensure the participation of the Petitioner and his family members in the Vadakuthi Amman Temple festival scheduled to be held on 06.04.2017 and 07.04.2017 considering the representation dated 28.03.2017 made by the Petitioner in that regard.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, on instructions from one K.Thirumulusamy, Sub-Inspector of Police (Training), Veerapandi Police Station, Theni District, who is present in Court today, states that the dispute raised by the Petitioner has ceased not exist as on date and an endorsement to that effect has been made in the court record. 5.

In such circumstances, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any further grievance, he is not precluded from working out his rights before appropriate forum as recognized by law.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid clarifications. No costs.
