Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the panel list of transfer of employees working in the Retail vending liquor under TASMAC shops in Kanyakumari District and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to prepare fresh list based on the notification dated 03.08.2018 of the 1st respondent by considering the representations dated 06.08.2018 and 16.8.2018 of the petitioner afresh. O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records relating to the panel list of transfer of employees working in the retail vending liquor outlets under TASMAC shops in Kanyakumari District, to quash the same and consequently to direct the 3rd respondent to prepare fresh list based on the notification dated 03.08.2018 of the 1st respondent by considering the representations dated 06.08.2018 and 16.8.2018 of the petitioner afresh.

W.P(MD) No.18503 of 2018 2.The impugned order is only a statistics maintained by the respondents, which does not transfer any of the employees of the respondents from one shop to another shop. No cause of action has arisen to the petitioner herein to challenge the statistics. 3.Only when the petitioner is transferred from one place to another place and he feels aggrieved, he would be entitled to challenge such transfer, provided he has sufficient legal grounds to do so and as such the prayer in the writ petition is prematured. 4.In the light of the above discussion, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
