ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing the impugned proceedings in D.V.O.P.No.01/2018, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvadanai.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners 2 and 3 reiterated the contentions set out in the memorandum of grounds. I am afraid that they are not sufficient for invoking the inherent powers to quash the impugned proceedings. Therefore, leaving open the 2nd and 3rd petitioners' contentions and defences, this criminal original petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also stand dismissed. 3.The personal appearance of the petitioners 2 and 3 before the Court below shall stand dispensed with. Crl.O.P(MD).No.15084 of 2018 will have to appear on those occasions, when it is directed by the Court below or when it is imperative and necessary. On all other occasions, the petitioners 2 and 3 can be represented by their counsel.
