ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram District, to dispose of O.S.No.117 of 2017 within the stipulated time.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that the revision petitioner has a suit in O.S.No.117 of 2017 before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram District, for declaration and mandatory injunction. In the said suit, written statement was filed and a report has also been filed by the Advocate Commissioner. However, the said suit is still pending before the Court below. The learned counsel further submitted that as per the Judicial Notification No.C-5 CAS/2007 Tamil Nadu Case Flow Management in Subordinate Courts/Rules 2007, the said suit should be disposed of within a period of two years from the date of filing the suit. CRP(MD)No.2048 of 2019 is pending for more than two years. Hence, the learned counsel seeks a direction for early disposal of the said suit.

In view of Judicial Notification No.C-5 CAS/2007 Tamil Nadu Case Flow Management in Subordinate Courts/Rules 2007, this Court directs the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram District, to dispose of O.S.No.117 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
