This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.40 of 2022 from the file of the third Respondent to the file of the 4th Respondent and consequently direct the 4th Respondent to conduct proper investigation in an expeditious manner and to file the final report within the stipulated period as prescribed by this Court. 2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the Investigation Officer had completed the investigation and the final report is also ready, likely to be filed within this week before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.5, Madurai. If the Petitioner has any grievance, he can file an appropriate application before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.5, Madurai. 2/4
