This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.570 of 2021, dated 03.09.2021 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 55 of 2020 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thirunelveli, on 27.12.2021 itself.
