ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 of B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to direct the second respondent herein to expedite the investigation and to include the petitioners name in the list of the victims/depositors/witness in Crime No.3 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent police, based on the petitioner's compliant dated 06.05.2024 and record under Section 161(3) Cr.P.C statement.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that they have already issued summons to the petitioners for appearance. 2/4

3. Recording the same, the petitioners are directed to appear before the second respondent and on their appearance, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and take a decision in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
